"Der Safrà 2023 ist ernster, tiefer und würziger als frühere Jahrgänge und wird von der Persönlichkeit des Arcos dominiert, aber mit dem blumigen und lebendigen Teil des Mandó. Er wurde mit 40 % Volltrauben und einheimischen Hefen in Edelstahl fermentiert und reifte sechs Monate lang in einem 2.600 Liter fassenden Ton-Tinaja. Er ist ernst, elegant und aromatisch mit Noten von Orangenschale. Es gibt kein Parotet für 2023, weil sie wegen der grünen Mücke Probleme mit einem der wichtigsten Weinberge hatten; Das Safrà hat dieses Jahr also etwas mehr Arcos und scheint für etwas mehr Tiefe gesorgt zu haben. Sie verfügen jetzt über 14 Hektar Arcos, sodass in den nächsten Jahren noch mehr verfügbar sein werden. "The 2023 Safrà is more serious, deep and spicy than previous vintages and is dominated by the personality of the Arcos but with the floral and vibrant part of the Mandó. It fermented with 40% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured in 2,600-liter clay tinaja for six months. It's serious, elegant and aromatic, with notes of orange peel. There's no 2023 Parotet because they had problems with one of the most important vineyards due to the green mosquito; so, the Safrà has a little more Arcos this year, and it seems to have provided some more depth. They now have 14 hectares of Arcos, so more will be available in the next few years. It has 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.49 and 4.94 grams of acidity, with very fine, elegant tannins. 17,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2024."
