Will this work with my existing intercooler piping setup?

If your current system uses 2.50" diameter tubing, this pipe drops in as a replacement or extender section. Verify your cooler outlet and intake inlet are both 2.50" — if they're different sizes, you'll need stepped reducers or adapters.

Do I need to seal the connections where this pipe meets my cooler and intake?

Silicone hose clamps or aluminum piping clamps work at both ends. For boost levels above 15 psi, use T-bolt hose clamps for extra security and to prevent boost leaks at the joints.

Can I bend this pipe or does it need to stay straight?

This is a straight section — bending aluminum under pressure can create weak points and turbulence. If you need angles, use proper 90° or 45° aluminum elbows and connect them with clamps instead.
