Measures 3 top to bottom 3 7/8 side to side and is ¼ thick. Has engraved wreath and a cross hatch pattern but does have considerable tarnish as you can see. Material is gold-tone metal. Hinge and clasp work perfectly. Marked "Elgin American Made in USA". This would work as a wallet, to hold ID and credit cards or for non-tobacco cigs if legal in your area

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email!
