Will these pipes work with my intercooler core?

These are sized for 3.00" port connections, which is the standard for most aftermarket intercooler setups. Verify your intercooler and intake manifold both have 3.00" ports before ordering — mismatched sizing will require adapters not included in this kit.

Do I need to prep or paint these pipes before install?

The aluminum comes ready to install as-is. If you want a finished look or added protection against oxidation, you can polish or powder-coat them — just mask off the hose connection points before any finishing work.

What fasteners do I need to mount this kit?

The clamps are included, but you'll need to use your vehicle's existing mounting points or fabricate brackets to secure the piping run. Mounting hardware and bracket fasteners are not included — plan for basic bolts and brackets specific to your installation.
