many ways to brew the tea we will include 2 methods

The traditional way with stacked teapot

1. Bring 2 cups of fresh cold water to boil in a stacked teapot
2. Add 1 ½ tablespoon whole loose leaf to the teapot, pour the hot boiling water over the tea leaves in the top part of the teapot and cover it.
3. Refill the bottom part of the tea pot with cold fresh water and put the top part that has the main tea and place it on the stove under a very low heat.
4. let it steep 10-15 minutes ones it reaches the desired color
5. Pour the tea in your favorite tea glass or cup use a stainer if wanted
6. enjoy it with or without adding sugar or with some Baklawa.

Brewing in an stove kettle or electric Kettle

1. Bring 2 cups of fresh cold water to boil in an the available kettle
2. Add 1 ½ tablespoon loose tea to the teapot. Pour the hot boiling water over the tea leaves.
3. Cover the teapot and place it over the cup warmer.
4. Steep the tea for 10-15 minutes, or until the desired color.
5. Meanwhile boil 6-8 cups of fresh cold water in the electric kettle.
6. Use a strainer and pour about 2 ounces of the brewed tea into each tea glass and adjust it with the boiling water
