BDS 2.5" suspension lift for the 2019-2024 Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 with clearance for up to 35" tires, featuring proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-overs for increased travel and rough-terrain capability. Up front it uses top mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, 1/4" thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, heavy duty skid plates, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with replacement tie rod ends for ESC compatibility. The rear uses a heavy duty lift block, new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The FOX 2.5 shocks add a remote reservoir and Dual Speed Compression Adjust with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed settings.

Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Factory 17 inch and 18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20 inch wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17 inch wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle / tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper; some wheel profiles will not clear it. Test fit before the vehicle is lifted in stock condition.
• 2.7L Turbo models use the diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
• If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, use part #UBT4064.
