This is an original, rolled, alternate one-sheet movie poster from 1993 for Schindler's List starring Liam Neeson, Ben Kingsley, Ralph Fiennes and Caroline Goodall. Steven Spielberg directed the classic film.  Saul Bass is the artist for the poster.

Legendary graphic artist Saul Bass was commissioned to create art for the poster campaign for Schindler's List.  Universal Studios ultimately rejected his design and went with a poster designed by Tom Martin. There is speculation that the executives found the imagery in this poster, with barbed wire piercing the list of Schindler's list of names, to be too negative.  The final art selected by the studio features arguably more optimistic imagery of interlinked hands.  A very small number of one-sheets were printed with the stunning Bass design and these posters are extremely collectible.  

The single-sided poster measures 26.75” x 39.75” (it has not been trimmed) and is in excellent condition with minimal wear from handling. It has never been folded.
