This expression is a meticulous marriage of eaux-de-vie sourced from the Petite Champagne and Fins Bois crus. While the Fins Bois provides a supple, fruity base, the Petite Champagne adds a structural elegance and a floral depth that allows this cognac to evolve beautifully in the glass.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: A warm, inviting amber with brilliant golden reflections.

Nose: Deep and well-rounded. It opens with an elegant bouquet of ripe apricots and yellow plums, followed by sophisticated layers of vanilla bean and soft wood spices. A delicate floral undertone of linden blossom adds a refreshing lift.

Palate: The mouthfeel is silky and substantial. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious blend of honey, cooked fruits, and toasted oak. The influence of the Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie provides a fine structure, while the Fins Bois ensures a lush, velvety texture.

Finish: Long and satisfyingly warm. It leaves a persistent trail of sweet vanilla, nutmeg, and a final hint of dried fruit.
