Whether you use it daily or just at the end of your cycle, remember that it's still important to rinse and wash your disc before you sterilise it. 

We recommend sterilising your cup or disc at least once a month.

PRO TIP: Sterilising at the the end of your cycle will means your cup or disc is ready to go as soon as your period arrives next time.

Hello Steamy comes with a 12 month warranty which is valid from date of order delivery. The warranty covers electrical faults and defects in materials only. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.
