How to use

Aromatherapy Massage Oils

Find a quiet space, dim the lights and adjust the temperature to a comfortable one. If preferred, add background music for a full mind and body escape. Warm the massage oils in the hands before massaging into skin using slow, intentional movements, starting soft and working up to a comfortable pressure. Use hands or the wooden massager provided.

Body Oil

Use as luxurious daily body oils to nourish skin that feels dull, dry or in need of some extra nutrients. Smooth a small amount into damp skin to lock in moisture and achieve a silky soft glow.

Bath Oils

Add a few drops to bath water for a soothing, relaxing bath that leaves skin feeling soft and the mind excited.
