All-in-one stainless steel distilling equipment designed to simplify setup, improve process control, and scale with your production.
The BREWHA Complete Liquor Distilling System is built for distillers who want a cleaner, simpler way to produce spirits with less equipment clutter and more control. With integrated heating, removable-lid access, sanitary stainless steel construction, and pilot-to-commercial sizing, this system gives you a practical foundation for building an efficient distilling operation.
Whether you are developing recipes on a pilot scale or planning commercial production, this all-in-one distilling system helps streamline workflow while giving you the flexibility to expand with additional fermenters, chilling, pumping, and other accessories.
Traditional distilling setups often require multiple pieces of equipment, more floor space, and more complex workflows. This system is designed to reduce that complexity by combining the core vessel, heating capability, and control equipment into one integrated platform.
That makes it easier to manage heat, sanitation, transfers, and future expansion — especially for operators who want a more compact and professional solution for pilot or commercial liquor production.
Each Complete Liquor Distilling System includes:
The conical tank gives you a durable stainless steel production vessel with the flexibility to support multiple stages of your process. Smaller systems are water jacketed, and larger systems are both water jacketed and insulated for improved thermal management.
This system is designed for sugar or extract brewing. For complete systems starting with all-grain brewing, the BREWHA BIAC complete brewing system with condensor attachments should be used.

This system is designed to give distillers a strong all-in-one base for heating and fermentation with the components needed to support a more complete process workflow. The removable lid improves vessel access, the included heater and controls simplify heat management, and the stainless steel design supports sanitary operation.
Because the system is available in a wide range of sizes, it works well for recipe development, pilot runs, and larger commercial-scale production planning.
Gross volume is listed below. Process volume is typically 10–20% less depending on your application and operating method.
The heating and controller configuration depends on the selected size. The 120V system plugs directly into a wall outlet. Small through Large 240V systems use a tabletop controller with an electronic temperature controller. The 1.5 BBL through 15 BBL systems use a touchscreen power controller that is hard-wired by an electrician.
For operations using multi-phase power, confirm whether your service is single-phase or three-phase and whether your available voltage is 208V or 240V before ordering.
Expand your system with accessories that improve cooling, serving, transfers, and production capacity:
This modular setup helps you start with the right core equipment now and add supporting pieces as your production grows.
The system includes a conical fermenter with removable lid, fittings and valves, a distillation assembly, a stainless water heater, a power control system, and a stainless steel filter basket.
Yes. The available sizes range from 30L / 8 gallons up to 15 BBL / 595 gallons, making the system suitable for both pilot and commercial-scale operations.
Yes. The new 5-in-1 fermenters are water jacketed and insulated.
No. This system is designed for extract brewing (cane sugar, malt sugar, juices etc.). If you want to mash cereals, purchase the BIAC complete brewing system plus additional distillation system.
Yes. If using low flocculant yeast (like EC1118 or US-05/Chico) the heaters can be slowly turned up. If using high flocculant yeast or 'sticky' malts, it is recommended to rack off the fermenter, clean the heaters off well, then put the beer/wash back in the fermenter for distilling. If a lot of solids (like yeast) are coating the immersion heaters, the heat might be trapped and cause the solids to scorch, producing an off-flavor in the spirit. To confirm suitability, run a pilot batch.
Yes. With a pressure rating of 14.9 psig, the tank can also be used as a brite tank prior to serving or kegging.
The 120V version plugs directly into the wall. Small to Large 240V systems use a tabletop controller and electronic temperature controller. The 1.5 BBL to 15 BBL systems use a touchscreen controller that must be hard-wired by an electrician.
Yes. Optional accessories include a water chiller, dispenser, additional conical fermenters with heaters for increased production, a pump system, and a plate chiller, can all be added later.
The right size depends on your target batch volume, available power, floor space, and growth plans. Smaller sizes are well suited to pilot work, while 1.5 BBL and larger are better aligned with commercial production.
