Adam Buchwald and his team at Iris are building some of the most responsive and inspiring acoustics that we have ever played; vintage instruments included. These guitars feel and sound like they would be at least double their price point. The bass response is just outrageous, as is the projection and nuance of even the smaller body parlor models.

The CH features a more compact body size than most Iris models however it is paired with a 25.4" scale length and 14 fret neck. You retain the clarity of a small bodied, flat top instrument; but with added volume and easier access to the upper registers than with a 12 fret style parlor. This guitar has a sweet and warm harmonically rich tone. The CH can also be nice and punchy when you dig in. A finger-pickers dream, however one that takes to a flat-pick just as well.
