Perfect c. 1910 Standard Crayon Mfg. Co Set of "Kindergarten" Crayons, Danvers MAThe Standard Crayon and Chalk Company began operation in Lynn, Mass. in 1891 and moved to Danvers in 1904; I believe these "Kindergarten Crayons" date to very shortly after that move. These are scarce, but the big thing about this set is its near perfectness: the label on the box, together with the near pristine crayons lined up perfectly within it, just make for a perfect crayon color kindergarten design object time capsule. 4 1 2" x 3 7 8" x 5 8".
