Complete 200 litre 4 inch Copper & Stainless Modular Still

This 100 litre boiler is made from a 2 mm wall of 304 food grade stainless steel.

Requires two low density 220V-240V single phase elements (not supplied) requiring 15 amp wiring and a 20 amp circuit breaker.

Comes with four copper tee's with bubble plates and screw on windows which can be removed or more added, depending on how refined you want your end product.

Includes a side spirit collection arm (parrot) and a drainage valve at the bottom of the boiler.

The complete column uses tri-clamp fittings for easy access to the boiler and for taking apart for cleaning.

The heating element in the boiler is in direct contact with the liquid. This makes it quicker to boil but does mean you cannot run these units dry.

Make any spirit you want depending on your starting base.

To distill spirits, you need an excise distilling license from the Australian Taxation Office.  If you are licensed, you don't need to apply for separate permission for your still.

The ATO does not grant licenses to distill spirits for personal consumption. There must be a commercial purpose involved.

Severe penalties apply if you distill alcohol without a license.
