The Form ADV Annual Offer Letter & Summary of Material Changes includes standard language when notifying clients or prospective clients of an investment adviser’s annual update or material change to its brochure and/or its brochure supplements that contain information required by Part 2 of Form ADV in accordance with SEC Rule 204-3.  Additionally, the Offer Letter also includes language regarding the consent to electronic delivery of information permitting an investment adviser to use electronic media to deliver information, and for a client to receive information, via email or other electronic means in accordance with Release No. 33-7288; 34-37182; IC- 21945; IA-1562 File No. S7-13-96.
