Turbot is a flatfish found in cold waters throughout the northernmost country, particularly in the Canadian Arctic. Similar to halibut but smaller in size.

All of our Turbot are wild-caught by the Inuit fishermen of Pangnirtung & Qikiqtarjuaq, just off the coast of Baffin Island, in Nunavut. Our fish is flash-frozen during the winter harvest and within six hours during the summer harvest and remain frozen until purchased or smoked.
