Vintage 1980's Jessica McClintock prom dress. Off-shoulder, embroidered floral, sequin and chiffon neckline with scalloped edges. Metallic copper skirt and rose on the chest. Boned velvet bodice. Two layers of tulle under the skirt. Back zipper. All synthetic fabric, no stretch.
