Jinmaek 22 is a premium distilled spirit made from 100% organic wheat grown on the family estate in Andong, Korea. Using traditional Korean fermentation (nuruk) and slow, single distillation, it is aged up to two years in underground cellars for unmatched smoothness.

This is not flavored or diluted soju — it’s a clean, expressive spirit with gentle grain sweetness, light body, and a dry finish. At 22% ABV, it’s approachable yet complex, ideal for sipping neat, over ice, or with light dishes like grilled fish, tofu, or spring vegetables.
