The Warrior Alpha QX4 Shin Guard offers better protection than most entry-level shin guards by suspending the shell away from the liner and using thicker foam protection. With the shell being suspended, any high and low energy impact will be better absorbed into the shell and prevents most of the energy from reaching the body. The calf wrap has lightweight, thick medium-density foams to protect players against slashes and blocked shots. Internally, the DX4 has a soft, moisture wicking liner that sits comfortably against the leg and can be removed to reduce drying time.
