MAVIG RA640 X-Ray-Apron for Front Protection

The MAVIG X-ray RA640 apron for front protection with shoulder pads complies with the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 13795-1 for surgical textiles and is suitable for infrequent or short periods of wear without fluoroscopy. Thanks to the innovative cross-band fastener on the back of the apron, it can be easily put on and taken off.

The radiation protection material is biocompatible and phthalate-free. The front of the apron has a lead equivalent value of 0.35 mmPb, while the back has a lead equivalent value of 0.25 mmPb. According to IEC 61331-1:2014 / DIN EN 61331-1:2016, the flexible standard lead radiation protection material offers protection in the entire X-ray tube voltage range of 50-150 kV and is therefore also suitable for use in the CT area.
