The mega top compartment holds (24) sixth-size, 4" deep polycarbonate food pans, providing ample space for storing fresh sandwich and salad ingredients. A foam-insulated stainless steel cover locks in cold air and helps maintain safe food temperatures during service and overnight storage.

An 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board provides a convenient and sanitary work surface for assembling orders. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning, supporting proper hygiene practices in busy foodservice environments.

The refrigerated base features two solid stainless steel doors with 12" recessed handles and locking capability for secure access. Inside, four adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves offer flexible storage for backup ingredients and supplies.

Constructed for long-term durability, this unit features stainless steel front, sides, and back panels. The interior includes a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners, making it easy to clean and maintain sanitation standards.
