Custom style one piece stretched gas tank with tank mounted dash. This tank gives your Sportster the popular long, slippery stretched look and flowing lines. The tank mounted Fat Bob dash kit adds the Big Twin look. This very complete kit includes the gas tank, with your choice of Screw-In style gas caps or Quick Cam flush mounted locking gas caps, a chrome plated 3 light dash complete with dash base plate, speedometer in KPH with reset knob, speedo damper rubber and 6 post Fat Bob ignition switch. The stretched section is not a weld-on part but an integral part of the tank and has a seat pocket to match with most narrow seats, such as our Silhouette seats. Tank holds approx. 3.4 gallon of fuel (12,9L.).

GAS TANKS The zinc-chromate primer finish on some of our tanks is provided for the protection of the tanks during shipment and storage. It is not recommended as a primer finish for paint applications without proper surface preparation. As with any fuel tank, particularly one where custom paint is to be applied, all tanks must be pressure tested, then cleaned with tank cleaner and sealed with tank sealer before painting, to protect the final finish and prevent internal rust during winter storage. Fuel capacity is measured with tank in upright position, angle of parked bike will determine actual capacity of the fuel tank.
