You can fill eight balloons, 16 balloons, or 40 balloons, depending on how many you need. The Starter Pack comes with 16. The balloons all come on special stems that fit onto the pump. If you want to separate the balloons, just peel them apart at the stems. Decorative ribbons are already attached.
