The château, owned by the Ducourt family, is splendidly situated in the village of Coimères, just outside the Graves appellation and is capable of making wines as good as many of the best Graves châteaux. The 2015 is one of the finest vintages ever from the château – ripe and succulent with masses of red and black fruits enhanced by a touch of spicy oak from 12 months ageing in 20% new oak barrels.
