- The Y75 Series Sensing Probe for use with Intermittent Pilot Ignition (IPI) systems. For this application, the sensor is used as a remote sensor or in conjunction with a pilot burner assembly. If flame is sensed, the ignition control allows the main gas valve to remain open until the appliance thermostat is satisfied.

- Detachable Lead Wires- Allows individual wires to be replaced instead of the entire assembly
- The Y75 is a Kanthal D or Hoskins 815 rod in a Steatite ceramic insulator mounted to a plated cold rolled steel bracket. Standard rod diameter is 0.114 in. (2.9 mm) .Standard sensor leads are available in lengths from 6 to 48 in. (152 to 1,220 mm), in 6 in. (152 mm) increments with a maximum temperature rating of 302°F (150°C).
- The minimum distance between bends is 0.25 in. (6.35 mm). The minimum distance from the ceramic insulator to the first bend is 0.25 in. (6.35 mm). The maximum bend angle is 90 degrees, and the minimum bend radius is 0.063 in. (1.60 mm). The maximum number of bends per rod is two.
