Cotoneaster apiculatas, commonly known as the "Cranberry Cotoneaster" is a low growing shrub that has recurving branches that bear abundant bright red berries. Small pink flowers in early June develop into fruit in August and September that persists throughout winter. Cotoneaster's fall color is a bronzy - red. Can be drought tolerant once established.
