You’ll receive:

• Monthly 1:1 Coaching Calls (60 minutes)
  Our first session will be dedicated to intentional goal-setting—grounded in your season, your capacity, and what God is actually inviting you into.
  Each session after that is a space for real-life support: troubleshooting what’s not working, workshopping challenges, and refining your rhythms so they actually nourish you.
• Weekly Rhythm Support via Text
  • Mondays: A focus-setting text to help you start your week grounded, clear, and aligned
  • Fridays: A gentle check-in to reflect, reset, and celebrate growth (even the small wins that matter most)
