This is the first work in the "MADE TO MEASURE" series, which has many masterpieces in CRAMMED's catalog, and was released in 1984. The purpose of the "MADE TO MEASURE" series is to compile music created for non-musical expressive media such as film, theater, dance, and exhibitions (in Japan, the soundtracks to Jim Jarmusch's films "Stranger than Paradise" and "Down by Law," John Lurie's two works are probably the best known). This work resonates with the recent ambient and NEW AGE revival.Pulp's 1994 masterpiece "His 'n' Hers" is now available on 180g black vinyl! The album is a supremely pop world in which the opposites of cheap and sophisticated, retro and modern coexist in a wonderfully delicate balance, with a hint of glam rock and new wave influences, and a sense of physicality and intelligence at the same time.
