Flexible Flat Stock Casing measuring 3-1/4 inches wide by 9/16 inch thick. Designed specifically for curved surfaces, it is made from high-quality polyurethane resin and can be easily painted or stained to match your project’s finish.

To help reduce costs, we recommend using the matching rigid MDF casing for straight runs and reserving the flexible version for areas that require bending. Each piece is available in lengths of up to 12 feet, and orders exceeding 12 feet will be supplied in multiple sections.  This flexible moulding does not require an exact fit like rigid MDF casings. It can be flexed to accommodate full-circle, half-circle, and symmetrical arches without the need for a template. For elliptical, eyebrow, and oval arches, we recommend using a template to ensure a proper fit. Please avoid overbending, as this may cause the moulding to buckle.

Arch templates are available for download to ensure a good fit.

Made from Duraflex, a durable polyurethane resin, this moulding is resistant to moisture, insects, and extreme temperatures. It will not warp, crack, or deteriorate and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Like wood, it can be finished with paint or stain.
